CMC Engineering Sdn Bhd (CMCE) receives token of appreciation by Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) for the Job Completion and Project Achievement.

CMC Engineering Sdn Bhd (CMCE) has been given a token of appreciation by Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) during the Project Achievement event held on 30 April 2019 at the Pasar Seni station.

With the construction of the Pasar Seni MRT station, the Pasar Seni LRT station underwent an upgrade to incorporate a paid link between the MRT, LRT and KTM systems located at Pasar Seni. To enable this, the existing Customer Service Office (CSO) was relocated to a new CSO location together with all systems used by Rapid Rail Customer Operations.

CMCE was awarded the relocation of systems works under the Works Package Contractor, TRC. Scope of work were divided into two (2) zones. Zone 1 covered the concourse and bus hub area at the LRT station, while Zone 2 covered the new link bridge, from Pasar Seni LRT Station to the KTM Station.

Zone 1 migration from existing CSO to the new CSO consisted of the relocation of all services and automated fare collection gates (AFC). Zone 2 scope of works consists of CCTV system all along the bridge, AFC system – TVM and AFC Gates, and SCADA monitoring systems. Relocation of services inside the existing CSO including SCADA system, CCTV system, PA system, Radio system, and AFC system.

CMCE successfully completed our work for Zone 1 in April 2017 and Zone 2 in April 2019.
