Campaign Pitch



Dato’ Abdul Rahman Yusof set-up CMC back in 1996 with a joint-venture with Nippon Comsys Corporation of Japan. Dato’ Rahman had led the company to deliver total telecommunication packages for Rawang-Ipoh double track project and is currently the leader for the Konsortium CMC-COLAS-UNIWAY in delivering Kelana Jaya LRT Line extension project. Prior to this Dato’ Rahman was the GM for Sapura Transportation and Uniphone.


Dato' Rahman is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), London, VP of Malaysian Institute of Directors, a member of the Malaysian American Society and an Alumni of Stanford University California, USA. Dato’ Rahman graduated with a BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK.



Executive Director

Datin Adilah was the General Manager (“GM”) for Telekom Malaysia involving customer care service, Domestic Carrier services, MBG shared operations and R&D operations. 

Datin Adilah holds an MBA from Multimedia University, Malaysia and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, UK. 



Pn. Nazatul Najla is CMC’s Director of Corporate Affairs since 1 April 2014. She was previously the Account Director in Business Technology Division and Head for the CMC-CISCO project team preparing tender proposals for the various CISCO products. Prior to joining CMC, she was the Talent Management Assistant in Media Prima Bhd.

She holds a Degree in Retail Management at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Fashion & Retail Design from Lim Kok Wing University. Currently, she is also one of the Member of the Board of Directors of Women In Rail (WIR) Malaysia Berhad. 


Chief Executive Officer

Hazwan is CMC’s Chief Executive Officer since 1 October 2016. Prior to his current position, Hazwan served as Executive Director for CMC Infocomm Ltd (listed on SGX) and Director for Strategic Development. Hazwan worked with Ernst & Young KL and KPMG London, UK where he led audit and non-audit engagement teams serving a portfolio of clients including various banks and finance houses, asset/ investment management firms and unit trust funds. 

Hazwan holds a BSc (Hons) Economics from the University of Warwick, UK. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).  Currently, he is also the Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors of Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) Malaysian Section Berhad.


Chief FInancial Officer

Shazwan joined CMC Group Sdn Bhd in 2015 as Head, Corporate Strategy. He started his career with Ernst & Young Malaysia and has broad experience in investments, driving portfolio company performance, tax structuring and planning as well as mergers andd acquisitions. He has also worked at Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) in finance operation, where he was a Project Accountant for Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd. 

He graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in Accounting & Finance. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
