Saturday, 13 August 2022 (Day 3), Our CEO (Mr. Hazwan Alif Abdul Rahman) moderated a session on ‘Last Mile Connectivity and Personalising Passenger Experience’. Together with panelists of industry leaders, they discussed the increasing importance of last mile as an integral part of a public transport network from the perspective of railway asset owner, operator and private sector. At the end, the panel also discussed the impact of technology and digitization in public transportation industry and that we must immediately invest in human capital development adequately to meet what the future demands.

Apart from that, we are excited to see the interests from public visitors especially during the weekend. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ministry of Transport Malaysia (MOT), National Rail Centre of Excellence (NRCOE) (or soon to be Malaysia Rail Development Corporation (MRDC)) and Malaysia Rail Industry Corporation (MARIC), for the opportunity to be part of the inaugural RTX which has brought together the Malaysian rail industry stakeholders over the last 4 days.

Looking forward to be part of RTX 2024!
